However, we want to be transparent:
We rarely decline refunds, and this only happens in cases where we strongly suspect something is not legitimate.


Declined Refund Requests

If your refund request is declined:

  • You may submit a new refund request after 12 hours.
  • Each request is reviewed individually, and providing additional details may improve your chances of approval.
