At MM2Legends, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all customers. By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility – Standard Orders

Customers may request a refund within 16 hours of the original purchase.

To request a refund, please contact support@mm2legends.com and include your order details such as order number and purchase email so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

High Value Orders ($500 and above)

For orders exceeding $500, the refund window is extended to 20 hours from the time of purchase.

Claimed Items

If an item has already been claimed, delivered, or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund. This rule is strictly enforced.

Declined Refund Requests

MM2Legends reserves the right to decline refund requests if we detect suspicious, unusual, or potentially fraudulent activity.

However, we want to be clear that we almost never decline refunds, and this only happens in rare cases where we strongly suspect something is not legitimate.

If your refund request is declined, you may submit a new refund request after 12 hours. Each request is reviewed individually, and providing additional details may improve your chances of approval.

Review Process

All refund requests are manually reviewed by our team. We may verify order information, request additional details, or investigate unusual activity to ensure a fair process for both the customer and our store.

Fair Use

We aim to be flexible and customer-friendly, but we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated excessive requests, or suspicious behavior.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment provider.
